Greg Harwell, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Harwell brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the aerospace and industrial sectors. He served as Group President of Albany Engineered Composites, where he led strategic initiatives at sites across Europe and North America, including Mexico. He also served as President of Aerostructures for Precision Castparts (PCC), driving profitable growth and improving operational efficiency. Mr. Harwell began his career at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings, rising to the role of Vice President & General Manager, Global Operations Strategy. Mr. Harwell received an MBA from Duke University with honors as a Fuqua Scholar.
Patrick Albert, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Albert is the Chief Financial Officer of The Atlas Group. He leads the financial operations for the company and is responsible to ensure performance through insightful financial planning and analysis while implementing rigorous financial reporting routines. Patrick began his career with General Electric where he had the opportunity to work across several of the legacy GE business units including GE Aircraft Engines. Post GE, Patrick worked with several industrial based private equity owned companies where he has led significant growth in revenue, margin expansion and cash flow. Patrick holds a cross border MBA from Kellogg, Wharton and Chulalongkorn University along with a BA in Industrial Economics from Union College in upstate, NY.
Alice McCarvill, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. McCarvill spearheads our global Human Resources function, serving as the strategic architect behind our people and culture initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, she ensures our talent strategy is inextricably linked to the company’s mission and accelerated growth trajectory. Alice focuses on driving organizational development and fostering a high-performance culture across the enterprise. She brings over 25 years of executive expertise to the role, having delivered measurable business results at industry leaders including Alumax, Alcoa, Arconic, and Albany International.
Rene Gonzalez, PMC General Manager
Mr. Gonzalez is an accomplished manufacturing executive with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-site operations within the aerospace and engineered composites industries. Most recently, Rene served as General Manager for the AEC Boerne Group at Albany Engineered Composites, where he directed cross-border operations in Boerne, Texas, and Querétaro, Mexico. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at PCC Aerostructures, managing diverse machining and assembly workflows across multiple facilities. Rene established his leadership foundation at Arconic Fastening Systems and Rings, where he successfully directed a large-scale, multi-plant operation supporting a workforce of more than 1,200 employees.
Scott Goforth, WASI General Manager
Mr. Goforth joined The Atlas Group in 2003 at the Wichita Complex Assembly division and was promoted to operations manager of the Wichita Spares facility in February 2018. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Goforth has performed a variety of roles with a primary focus on the leadership and performance of the CNC machining operations of Wichita. Mr. Goforth also was instrumental in the successful repositioning of the Phoenix machining operations to their Wichita and Mexico locations.
Mark Cordivari, Brenner General Manager
Mr. Cordivari is the Vice President and General Manager of Brenner Aerostructures, joining The Atlas group in December 2023. Mr. Cordivari has an extensive background in P&L leadership in Aerospace / Defense manufacturing. Prior to joining The Atlas Group Mark has lead business units for Triumph Group, B/E Aerospace, and Collins Aerospace with a focus on organizational development and operations excellence to drive revenue growth and profitability. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA – Finance from St. Joseph’s University.
Sophia Nguyen, Vitron General Manager
Ms. Nguyen joined The Atlas Group in 2012 at the Vitron Division in Phoenix Arizona. Over the past 12 years she has performed various Leadership roles within the Vitron organization and has been instrumental in driving operational performance on complex work scopes. Ms. Nguyen has been an integral part of Vitron’s successful growth with her extensive background in Electro Mechanical Commercial, Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing . She has 21 years industry experience with previous tenure with multiple Fortune 500 Companies including Boeing and Honeywell.
