Roger Ross, Chief Executive Officer

Roger Ross, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ross is the chief executive officer of The Atlas Group and provides leadership across functions and business operations. Mr. Ross is a seasoned aerospace executive who successfully oversees and directs global business to exceed customer expectations while developing strong, people-focused, and continuously improving cultures. He most recently served as Group President, Aero Systems, at Woodward Corporation. Prior to that he also held senior leadership positions at StandardAero, Esterline Technologies, and United Technologies. Roger holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.

Keith Kranzow, President and Chief Financial Officer

Keith Kranzow, President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kranzow is the president and chief financial officer of The Atlas Group, leading the finance, IT, human resources, and supply chain organizations. He focuses on improving working capital, reducing costs, and working with all parts of the organization to increase profitability while bringing financial, technology and human-resource solutions to the business. Prior to The Atlas Group, Mr. Kranzow served as CFO for Joined Alloys and Sargent Aerospace & Defense, and senior vice president of finance and planning at Mesa Air Group. Mr. Kranzow brings has over 25 years of finance experience across multiple industries. Mr. Kranzow holds a BA in economics and political science from Northwestern University, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Jeff Barger, Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Barger, Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Barger is the chief operating officer of The Atlas Group. He leads component manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, continuous improvement, facilities and all operations in Chihuahua, Mexico. He most recently served as President and CEO of Zodiac/Safran Seats USA and led the turnaround of the company to excellent operational performance and profitability by driving significant culture change. Prior to joining Zodiac Seats, Jeff led similar business turnarounds/performance improvements at both Piper Aircraft and L3 Crestview Aerospace. Jeff holds an MBA from Auburn University and a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.

Jim McMullen, General Manager, Vitron and Mexico

Jim McMullen, General Manager, Vitron and Mexico

Mr. McMullen is the general manager of Vitron and the Chihuahua, Mexico facility of The Atlas Group, providing leadership across all functions within these two sites focusing on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement in order to drive revenue growth and profitability. Prior roles for the Atlas Group were COO and CEO. Prior to The Atlas Group, Mr. McMullen served as general manager for Joined Alloys and for two Precision Castparts (“PCC”) sites in southern California, Cherry Aerospace and SPS Technologies. Prior to PCC, Jim served in multiple leadership roles at Honeywell within the functions of operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and HSE&R. Mr. McMullen brings over 26 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Mr. McMullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and a Lean Expert along with a Toyota Production System Certification.
Jaysa Stuhlsatz, PMC General Manager

Jaysa Stuhlsatz, PMC General Manager

Ms. Stuhlsatz joined The Atlas Group in December 2008 as the director of new business. In February 2011, Ms. Stuhlsatz was promoted to general manager of the Wichita Complex Assembly division. As GM, she has managed the transitions of major work statements for multiple customers, in addition to assisting with the start-up of the Mexico facility. Prior to The Atlas Group, Ms. Stuhlsatz worked for Hawker Beechcraft and completed its Leadership Development Program. She holds a bachelor of science in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering with a minor in business from Kansas State University.

Scott Goforth, WASI General Manager

Scott Goforth, WASI General Manager

Mr. Goforth joined The Atlas Group in 2003 at the Wichita Complex Assembly division and was promoted to operations manager of the Wichita Spares facility in February 2018. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Goforth has performed a variety of roles with a primary focus on the leadership and performance of the CNC machining operations of Wichita. Mr. Goforth also was instrumental in the successful repositioning of the Phoenix machining operations to their Wichita and Mexico locations.

Mark Cordivari, Brenner General Manager

Mark Cordivari, Brenner General Manager

Mr. Cordivari is the Vice President and General Manager of Brenner Aerostructures, joining The Atlas group in December 2023. Mr. Cordivari has an extensive background in P&L leadership in Aerospace / Defense manufacturing. Prior to joining The Atlas Group Mark has lead business units for Triumph Group, B/E Aerospace, and Collins Aerospace with a focus on organizational development and operations excellence to drive revenue growth and profitability. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA – Finance from St. Joseph’s University.
