L-1500 Stretch Forming Machine specifications:

  • Mag working envelope: 118.1” x 59.1” x 39.4”
  • Mag EX working envelope: 157” x 59.1” x 39.4”
  • Mag EX W working envelope: 157” x 72” x 39.4”  
  • Sheet length capability: 480” (720” with extensions)

Stretch Forming

The Atlas Group's L-1500 stretch forming machine is designed to provide close-tolerance stretch leveling and stretch forming of sheet-type material. Further reduction in variation is accomplished through CNC controllers.

Our custom sheet metal services offer a cost-effective, on-demand solution for our customers' manufacturing needs. Capabilities across multiple materials include blank shape profiling, part nesting to reduce cost, and complex cuts up to six inches thick.
